A Little More Perspective On Hate

Given the recent discussion on a certain kind of media causing us to do things that we wouldn't otherwise do, this Video Clip raises the question: do the people writing the tweets in this video listen to that media? If what we are being told is correct, these people would be warm and friendly to everyone to everyone if only they were not exposed to some outside corrupting influences. I say this becuase in this clip you will see not a word associating the man who pulled the trigger in Tuscon to the deaths that resulted.

Will someone eventually kill Sara Palin? I honestly don't know, but even if I had never seen this clip, it would come as no surprise to me if they did. The hatred for her spewing forth has for three years now been as thick as mud.

Here is the clip with a Hat Tip to "John Shuck Made Me Do It".

Warning:
this is a look into the world of those who preach peace and love, though there is no sound, be warned that the language is very foul.

Hi Dan,

It appears the video was removed from Youtube...

But it is disturbing to note just how hateful people can be. The doing/wishing of violence on others speaks loudly to the depravity of man.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?

I thought they would do that. I thought about taking pictures of some of the tweets in case they did, but I was not that ambitious.

a dog? I've thought about changing my picture. I don't think Barney is serious enough.

I expect if the vid was removed, the language must have been pretty vile.

:)

I've always kinda liked Barney. And the pic seems to suit your blog title.

But you do tend to handle some pretty serious topics.

The WP blogs seem to have a lot of personal photos on the profiles, but not so much on Blogger. I thought perhaps our puppy could stand in for Craig and me.

I don't think is was the language as much as it was the pure unadulterated hatred. Hoping for cancer, slow death, wanting to shoot her or calling for someone to shoot her. I'm not surprised they took it down. I think it was either getting ready to, or had already gone viral.

Re: Barney

I was watching an Andy Griffith show once and Barney was trying to act all official-like a big town cop he'd seen at the movies-but the only information he spouted was information that was already glaringly obvious; only in an extremely official tone. It was "Cow Thief" I think. That was when I decided to use his picture. Besides, I have always had a special place in my heart for Barney.
